Basic Plan: $150 per Petition
Preparing Chapter 7, Chapter 13 petitions and plans and preparing means tests with accuracy and timeliness.
Prepayment/Retainer Plans: $50-137.50 per Petition *
PREPAY: Paid by the 10th of the month:
- $390: Includes three(3) petitions, $130 per petition thereafter;
- $625: Includes five(5) petitions, $125 per petition thereafter;
- $1,100: Includes ten(10) petitions, $110 per petition thereafter;
RETAINER: One year agreement, paid monthly by the 10th of the month:
- $275/mo for 12 months: Up to three (3) petitions included, $90 per petition thereafter;
- $375/mo for 12 months: Up to five (5) petitions included: $75 per petition thereafter;
- $450/mo for 12 months: Up to seven (7) petitions included: $60 per petition thereafter;
- $500/mo for 12 months: Up to ten (10) petitions included: $50 per petition thereafter;
These plans allows a firm to lower their costs and increase the productivity of their staff.
