Prepayment Plans: $120-130 per Petition

Attorneys and firms that make payment by the 10th of the month:

3/130 - Three (3) petitions prepaid: $410 and $130 per petition thereafter;
5/125 - Five (5) petitions prepaid: $650 and $125 per petition thereafter;
7/120 - Seven (7) petitions prepaid: $840 and $120 per petition thereafter;
10/115 - Ten (10) petitions prepaid: $1150 and $115 per petition thereafter;

This plan allows a firm to be flexible month to month, lower their costs and to increase the productivity of their staff.

Retainer Plans: $60-137.50 per Petition

Attorneys and firms that make payment by the 10th of the month:

2/3 - $275/mo for 12 months: Up to three (3) petitions included, $90 per petition thereafter;
3/5 - $375/mo for 12 months: Up to five (5) petitions included: $80 per petition thereafter;
5/8 - $625/mo for 12 months: Up to eight (8) petitions included: $70 per petition thereafter;
7/10 - $825/mo for 12 months: Up to ten (10) petitions included: $60 per petition thereafter;

This plan allows a firm to fix their costs and to increase the productivity of their staff.
